All prices are denominated in U.S. dollars (USD). Currency conversion is performed by your card issuer at its prevailing rate at the time of charge.

Ultra and Add-on subscriptions require an active Pro license.
Founding pricing applies only during the beta period. Pro Founding applies to one-time purchases made during the beta period; Ultra Founding is preserved for as long as you maintain an uninterrupted Ultra subscription that originated during the beta period. Resubscription after cancellation is charged at the then-current standard rate.
Additional charges
We do not impose any charges other than the product price listed above.
Foreign-exchange fees, if any, are charged by your card issuer and vary by issuer. Please contact your card issuer for details.
Ultra and Add-on subscriptions auto-renew. Unless cancelled, the same amount (or the Founding rate, if preserved) will be charged on each renewal date.

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (PCI DSS-compliant) as our merchant of record.
Payment timing
Payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation. Subscription auto-renewals are charged automatically on each renewal date.
Delivery
The download link and license key are sent by Lemon Squeezy to your registered email address immediately upon successful payment.
System requirements
macOS 12.0 or later (Apple Silicon — M1 or later chip)
Windows and Linux support is planned but not available during the beta period. Automatic entitlement of a Pro license to a future Windows or Linux version is not guaranteed.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, returns and exchanges are not generally accepted after payment.
However, as a refund warranty, we offer a 14-day full refund if you contact pulse.contact@tsukulogic.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
This warranty does not limit your statutory rights under the contractual non-conformity provisions of the Civil Code of Japan or under the Consumer Contract Act of Japan.
Withdrawal / cancellation of orders
Pulse is sold under the mail-order sales regime of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act; the cooling-off rule does not apply. The refund warranty above governs cancellation of completed purchases.
You may cancel auto-renewal of Ultra and Add-on subscriptions at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Special sales conditions
During the beta period (currently expected to extend until the completion of the three Add-ons selected by community vote), features may be added, changed, or removed with prior notice.
For material reductions in functionality of paid features you have purchased, we will provide advance notice and offer either a pro-rated refund or an equivalent replacement entitlement.
Founding pricing is a special, time-limited price applicable only to purchases or subscriptions originating during the beta period.
Ultra Founding's discounted rate is preserved only while your subscription remains continuously active; resubscription after cancellation is charged at the then-current standard rate.
Refund processing time
Lemon Squeezy processing: typically 5–10 business days from approval.
Card issuer reflection: an additional 3–7 business days, depending on the issuer.
