Q1. Do I need both Pro and Ultra?
Pro is the foundation — required if you want anything beyond Free's core features. Ultra is an Add-on bundle on top of Pro. If you only want one specific Add-on (e.g., Verification Page), buy that Add-on individually instead of Ultra.
Q2. Why USD only?
We're a solo team. Single-currency pricing keeps operations simple. Your card or bank converts at standard rates — no surprise fees from us.
Q3. What happens if I cancel Ultra?
Your Pro license stays active forever (Pro is one-time). Only the Ultra bundle stops — included Add-ons and your voting power. If you cancel Ultra Founding, re-subscribing later starts at standard pricing — Founding rates are locked while subscribed.
Q4. Can I buy Add-ons individually?
Yes. Every Add-on is sold individually. Bundles like Ultra are just discounted packages for convenience.
Q5. When does Founding pricing end?
When beta ends — when all 3 community-voted Add-ons ship. We don't set a specific date because launch quality matters more than a calendar.
Q6. Are there hidden fees?
No. Pulse is core-free, Pro is one-time, Add-ons are à la carte, Ultra is annual. No tiered "Pro Plus / Pro Premium" upsell. No usage-based surprises.
Q7. Is there an enterprise plan?
Not currently. If you have a specific need, please reach out us.
Q8. I'm in Japan / Europe / etc. — anything different?
Pricing is the same USD globally. Your card handles conversion. If you need a JPY/EUR invoice for accounting, request it via support.
