Pulse Plans and Pricing

Pulse uses a two-axis model: a Pro axis (the app itself) and an Add-on axis (optional cloud features). Each axis is independent — you can buy Pro alone, an Add-on alone (with Pro), or the Ultra bundle (which packages every current and upcoming Add-on into one yearly subscription).

Prices below are USD. Lemon Squeezy displays your local currency automatically based on your region at checkout; you do not need to switch currencies manually.

Free — $0 forever

The core app, free for as long as you use it. No account, no time limit, no trial.

Free includes:

• Recording (screenshots, mouse, click, keystroke count, active app name)

• OpenTimestamps blockchain anchoring and automatic upgrade to Bitcoin block confirmations

• Tamper verification (any captured frame can be cryptographically verified)

• PNG certificate generation (preset background)

• Timelapse MP4 generation from verified frames

• Basic export (current Work folder → flat archive)

• Whitelist filtering (Work-level + global)

Free uses a single Work folder of your choice — there's no Vault/Project hierarchy, but you can record, verify, certify, and export everything.

Anyone can verify a Pulse record using the OpenTimestamps standard. The receiver does not need Pulse installed.

Pro — $39 one-time

A one-time purchase. No subscription, no renewal. You own the version you bought forever and receive free updates to all "pure software" features (improvements that don't require ongoing infrastructure).

Pro adds:

• Vault > Project > Work hierarchy with archive / restore

• Custom certificates — your own background, watermark, logo, color, and font on the PNG

• Batch certificate — one combined PNG that covers every Work in a Project, with a Project-level OpenTimestamps proof

• Structured export — Project-level export organized by Work, with summary.json and a README for third-party submission

• Work analytics dashboard — net work time, density score, app breakdown, weekly trend, calendar heatmap, hourly-rate helper, and remaining-time estimates

• Sidebar enhancements (sort, tag filter, partial-match search, tag editing)

• Other UI refinements (widget visibility controls, etc.)

Pro Founding Edition — $25 one-time

A discounted Pro buy-once during the Beta period. Same Pro license, lower price. Because Pro is a one-time purchase, the discount is permanent for that purchase — there's no renewal that can revert to the standard rate.

The Founding Edition is offered for a limited time during the v0.1.0 Beta window.

Public Page Add-on — $15 / year

An annual subscription that unlocks Pulse's only cloud-backed feature: publishing a record's verification details to a public URL so a client or third party can confirm authenticity in a browser.

Requires Pro. Add-ons cannot be purchased on a Free license.

Includes:

• Upload Work-level or Project-level verification pages to verify.tsukulogic.com/v/<id>

• TTL controls — any value from 1 to 365 days (default 90)

• Page theme (dark or light), page language, and an optional creator name shown on the page

• OGP-optimized share previews for social media

Only verification metadata is uploaded — your screenshots, mouse data, click counts, keystroke counts, and active app names never leave your Mac, even when you publish a page.

Ultra — $33 / year

An annual subscription bundle that includes every current Add-on plus every future Add-on at no extra cost. Pulse plans to add three more community-voted Add-ons during the Beta period; Ultra subscribers receive them automatically as they ship.

Requires Pro. Ultra and Pro are independent axes — Ultra does not include Pro features, and Pro does not include Ultra Add-ons.

Today Ultra includes:

• Public Page Add-on (full feature set above)

Soon (during the Beta voting rounds, exact roadmap to be confirmed):

• Three additional Add-ons chosen by community vote (estimated ~$10 / year each if bought separately)

If you plan to use more than one Add-on, Ultra costs less than buying each Add-on à la carte.

Ultra Founding Edition — $21 / year

A discounted Ultra subscription during the Beta period. As long as your subscription stays active, you keep the Founding rate. Cancellation forfeits the rate; re-subscribing later is at the standard $33 / year.

The Founding Edition is offered for a limited time during the v0.1.0 Beta window.

How Pro and Add-ons Combine

How to Purchase

1. Visit https://tsukulogic.com/pulse and choose your plan.

2. Pay via Lemon Squeezy. No Pulse account is needed; your license key is emailed to you within seconds. Local currency conversion is applied automatically based on your region.

3. Open Pulse → Settings → License, paste the key, and click Activate.

The single activation field automatically detects whether the key is a Pro license, an Add-on subscription, or the Ultra bundle, so you do not need to choose a category. See Activating Your License for the full flow, including deactivation and moving between Macs.

Refund Policy

Pulse offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for both Pro purchases and the first billing period of subscription plans (Public Page Add-on and Ultra). Email support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund, no questions asked.

For subscriptions beyond the first 14 days, you can cancel any time from the email link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or from inside Pulse. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the unused portion is not refunded.

Receipts, Invoices, and Tax

Lemon Squeezy issues a receipt by email on every charge and a renewal reminder before each subscription renewal. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles VAT / sales tax for applicable regions automatically.
